From one system to the whole business.
Three levels. Each builds on the one before, so nothing is thrown away as you grow into it. Everything is installed in accounts you own; Stewart Systems hosts nothing. Prices are fixed and agreed in writing after the Snapshot.
Snapshot
Thirty minutes, then a one-page map of how the business runs today, where things fall through, and the three changes that would matter most. Yours to keep, whether or not we work together.
Care plan
Optional, monthly, for Board and Operator clients. Each month the board is checked, alerts and forms are tested, three numbers are checked by hand against the source, and improvements are rolled out. A short written report each time.
The Register
Your compliance register, done properly.
Every dated item in your industry, in one register you own.
- The register for your industry, built in your own Google Drive or OneDrive
- Every date carries the rule and the source it comes from, so you can check it
- Rows flagged OK, due soon or overdue, with warnings to a named person
- A form on your phone for new dates and documents
- A walk-through, then you run it without me
About two weeks from signing.
The Board
The business on one screen, every morning.
Everything in the Register, plus:
- The board, installed in your own Claude account, on any device
- Reads Xero and your register each morning and puts what needs you on top
- One page per connected area, up to four (money and the register are live today; jobs, crew, pipeline and bookings are on the roadmap)
- A morning check that runs in the cloud: your computer can be off
- Your written procedures, price book and decisions in one folder the board reads
- A runbook, and five working mornings of checking before the second half is due
About four to five weeks from signing. You pay for your own Claude Pro plan and your own tools.
The Operator
Drafts ready for a person to send.
Everything in the Board, plus:
- Two more connected areas
- Up to three draft flows: quotes, replies or notices
- A named person in your business reads and sends every draft; nothing is sent by the board
About four weeks on top of a running Board. A second engagement, for businesses turning over A$1m or more.

Trades and construction
Crews across sites, head contractors checking your paperwork, quotes that need chasing, and margins you only see at tax time.
What we’d build →Cafés, restaurants, bars, caterersHospitality
Thin margins, casual staff turning over, suppliers creeping prices up, and every review public.
What we’d build →Physio, chiro, podiatry, psychology and dental practicesAllied health and clinics
Registrations, rebooking, admin that eats clinical time, and a front desk holding it all together.
What we’d build →Accountants, bookkeepers, consultants, real estate and property managersProfessional services
Deadlines that can't slip, work in progress nobody can see, and knowledge that walks out the door when someone leaves.
What we’d build →Shops, online stores, wholesale, makersRetail and e-commerce
Stock that's either sold out or sitting there, suppliers to manage, and a content calendar that never quite happens.
What we’d build →Gyms, pilates and yoga studios, personal trainersFitness and wellness
Memberships coming and going, classes to fill, and instructors whose certifications all expire on different dates.
What we’d build →Tour operators, adventure activities, event hire, venuesTourism, events and venues
Bookings, guides and gear, weather calls, permits, and a season that doesn't wait for your admin to catch up.
What we’d build →Design, marketing, architecture, photography and videoCreative studios and agencies
Too many projects in flight, capacity you can't see, retainers that leak hours, and approvals lost in email threads.
What we’d build →Not sure which one?
That's the point of the Snapshot. Most businesses start with the Register, and the Snapshot says so if that's all you need.
