This site uses no tracking cookies. It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you. The Get a price form and the free template forms send me what you type in them; I use it to reply to you, to give you what you asked for, and to see which templates help. If you call, text or email, I use your details only to reply to you and arrange a Snapshot.
Client information
For clients, the systems I build hold business records such as dates, documents, staff certifications and summaries from the client's own tools. These are stored in the client's or my Google or Microsoft workspace, accessed only by the client's named users and me, and used only to provide the service. They are never sold or shared for marketing.
I do not access clinical notes, patient records or payment card details. Clients can ask for an export of their records at any time, and records are deleted on request when an engagement ends.
If I contact your business by email, every message says who it's from and how to ask not to hear from me again. Reply "no thanks" and you won't.
The monthly email
If you tick the box on a free template form, I'll send the monthly “What changed” email. Every one says who it's from and includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribes are actioned within five working days. The list is never sold or shared.
