Morning brief and reports

One email at 6am. Only what needs you. If nothing does, it says so.

What you lose without it

You check five apps before breakfast and still miss the thing that mattered. Reports get written on Sunday night or not at all. The accountant asks for the same pack every month and it takes a day.

What it holds

The brief: ACT, SOON, PLAN, OK, each line with a link. Weekly: cash, jobs, pipeline, people, compliance in one page. Monthly: the pack for your accountant, bank or partner, drafted for your check. Nothing is sent to anyone outside the business without a person.

What it reads from

The Board, which reads everything else. It runs on a Claude seat in your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account.

What it says

"4 things need you today. Concreter's workers comp expired yesterday. Excavator rego due in 18 days. 3 quotes over $5k with no reply after 10 days. Paid overnight: 2 invoices, $8.4k."

Where it stops

It shows and flags. Anything that leaves the business is a draft for you.
