Jobs, bookings and schedule

What's on, who's on it, and what's slipping, read from the system you already use.

What you lose without it

The week is in three places: the job system, the group chat and the owner's head. A job runs over and nobody reprices the next one. A booking gap at 2pm is discovered at 2pm. The crew learns tomorrow's site at 6am tomorrow.

What it holds

A view, not a second system: jobs or bookings by day and person, status against plan, hours logged against quoted, gaps and double-bookings, and jobs finished but not invoiced. A crew or floor view that shows each person only their week.

What it reads from

Your job or booking platform (ServiceM8, Tradify, Simpro, AroFlo, Cliniko, Halaxy, Mindbody, FareHarbor, Rezdy, Square Appointments, a Google Calendar) by connection or export. Nothing writes back.

What the morning check says about it

"Two jobs finished Friday, not invoiced." "Thursday has a three-hour gap at Shellharbour; two waitlisted clients." "Job 218 is 40 percent over quoted hours."

Where a spreadsheet stops being enough

This module never was a spreadsheet; it reads the platform. The limit is the platform's own export or API, which is why the Snapshot checks what yours can give before anything is promised.

Problem: which jobs actually made money

Starts at: From the Board. Levels → · Get a price →

All modules: Compliance and registers · Quotes and price book · Money view · Clients and pipeline · Knowledge base and procedures · Staff onboarding and training · Morning brief and reports · Inbox and admin · Suppliers, stock and purchasing · Marketing, reviews and content · Handover and owner-away

Next step

Start with a free Snapshot.

Thirty minutes, and a one-page map of how your business runs today, where things fall through, and the three changes that would matter most. Yours to keep.
