How to run a crew without being on every site

The crew week view, the site pack and the Sunday-night send: how a small trade business keeps crews informed and the owner off the road, from the schedule it already has.

Short answer: every person gets one page on Sunday evening: their sites for the week, times, site contact, what to bring, the SWMS and the ticket they need, and who to call. Generated from the schedule, not typed.

What goes wrong

The crew learns tomorrow's site at 6am tomorrow. The SWMS is in the ute of someone on another job. The site contact's number is in the owner's phone. The owner drives between sites to answer questions the page would have answered.

The crew week view

Read from ServiceM8, Tradify, Simpro, AroFlo or a Sheet: per person, per day. Attached: the site's SWMS, induction status, the ticket the task needs (checked against the register), and the escalation list.

The check before sending

The roster-vs-tickets check: anyone rostered onto a task their ticket doesn't cover is flagged before the week starts, not by the site supervisor on Monday.
