It builds compliance registers, operating boards and automations inside a client's own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account, for small businesses in the Illawarra in person and across Australia online.
What goes in a NSW register
The same four groups as anywhere (the business, the people, the plant, the subcontractors or contractors), with NSW's own authorities and cycles on each row:
- Liquor and gaming: Liquor & Gaming NSW (RSA and RCG competency cards, five-year renewal).
- Food safety: NSW Food Authority and local councils; a certified Food Safety Supervisor is required per premises.
- Working with children: Working With Children Check through the Office of the Children's Guardian, five years.
- Trade and construction licensing: Building Commission NSW contractor and tradesperson licences; SafeWork NSW high risk work licences.
- Work health and safety, workers compensation: SafeWork NSW; workers compensation through icare or a specialised insurer.
National items are the same in every state: AHPRA registration for health practitioners, Tax Practitioners Board registration for tax and BAS agents, AMSA certificates for commercial vessels, ABN and ASIC business name renewals, first aid and CPR cycles, and the annual Modern Award rate change on 1 July.

Regulator names and renewal cycles above are a starting map, not advice; they change, so the register records the date from the document in your hand and links to the authority for the current rule.
