Capacity, weather calls and payouts: what a tour operator should see each morning in season

Today's departures and who's on them, capacity for the next 14 days, the weather call deadline, booking-platform payouts due, and the permit or ticket that lapses mid-season, on one page.

Short answer: in season the morning page is departures and crew today, capacity for 14 days with the slow days flagged for a push, the weather-call deadline for tomorrow, payouts due from FareHarbor or Rezdy, and any crew ticket or permit inside its warning window.

Why the platform isn't enough

FareHarbor knows bookings; it doesn't know that the guide on tomorrow's 9am has a first aid certificate that lapsed, or that the NPWS licence renews in three weeks, or what the bank balance is after the marina fee.

What it reads

The booking platform, the roster, the register and the ledger, read-only. The brief goes to the operations manager at 6am.
