It quotes and schedules well; it does not hold licences, plant inspections, subcontractor insurance or your price book's margins, and it can't tell you which jobs made money without the ledger beside it.
How it fits
Nothing replaces your tool and nothing writes into it. The register holds the dates it doesn't; the Business Brain holds the procedures; the Board reads its exports or API and puts them beside cash and compliance on one page, with a morning check. If a connection isn't available on your plan, the Snapshot says so before anything is promised.
