Staff keep asking me the same questions

The fix for repeated questions in a small team is not a wiki nobody reads: it is a short, reviewed Business Brain the team's assistant can answer from, and onboarding built from the same pages.

Short answer: write the answer once, in a place the team's assistant can read, and the question stops coming to you. A wiki fails because nobody reads it; a Business Brain works because the assistant does the reading.

Why the questions repeat

The answer lives in your head or in an email from 2024. New staff learn by asking. The procedure exists but not where anyone looks.

What works

One page per procedure, in the order the work happens; the price book; the supplier list; the decisions log. Kept under a size a person can maintain. A Claude, Copilot or Gemini seat in your own account that answers "how do we handle a warranty claim" from those pages, with the page linked. Onboarding generated from the same pages so it is never out of date.

What Stewart Systems builds

The Board, the Business Brain, with the knowledge base and onboarding modules.
