Members at risk: the 14-day no-visit list that stops quiet cancellations

Most studio cancellations are preceded by a month of not attending. The daily list of members with no visit in 14 and 30 days, with the message drafted, read from Mindbody, Glofox or Momence.

Short answer: a member who hasn't been in for 14 days is the cheapest retention problem you will ever solve; at 30 days it is usually too late. The list reads from your membership software; the message is drafted; a person sends it.

What to send

Not a discount. A personal line from the instructor they usually see, naming a class this week. Three messages over a month, then stop.

The other signals

Failed direct debits (a card expiry, not a cancellation, if you catch it in a day). Memberships expiring this month. Trial members who haven't booked a second class. Class fill by time slot, so the 6am and the 6pm aren't guessed.
