Hi. This is a short look at what Stewart Systems builds for a plumbing business. Everything you'll see is a sample, with made-up names and numbers, so you can see exactly how it works before we talk.
It starts with the register. For plumbing, that's a lodgement ledger: every job, when it started, and whether the Notice of Work and the Certificate of Compliance have gone in. A job that started without a Notice of Work shows as overdue. A finished job still waiting on its certificate shows as due soon. Every date carries the rule it comes from, so you can check it yourself.
New dates come in from a simple form on your phone. They land in the sheet, your office person checks them, and the flags work themselves out. It all lives in your own Google Drive, and you run it without me.
The next level is the board. It lives in your own Claude account. Each morning it reads Xero and your register, and puts what needs you at the top: who owes you money, what's overdue, and what's due soon. It opens on your phone, and your computer can be off.
Panels marked live today are what the board reads now. Panels marked roadmap, like jobs and quotes from ServiceM8, are designed and being built. Before you sign, I'll tell you in writing which ones are live for you.
Here's how it all connects. Xero links straight to the board, read only. The register sits in your Google Drive, and your crew's form feeds it. ServiceM8 is the next link, through Zapier. Nothing is typed twice, and nothing is ever posted to your books.
The register takes about two weeks from signing. The board takes about four to five. And before the second half of the price is due, the board has to flag correctly for five working mornings.
If you work outside New South Wales, pick your state to see what changes. In Victoria, for example, there's no Notice of Work, and compliance certificates are lodged with the Building and Plumbing Commission.
When you're ready, choose whatever suits you. Browse the demo yourself, get a free Snapshot in person or online, or book a Zoom call where I set it up on your screen.
