A content calendar that actually happens, built from what's selling

Why small retailers post in bursts and stop, and how a monthly calendar generated from sales data, season and stock arriving, with drafts ready, gets posted without a marketing person.

Short answer: the calendar writes itself from three inputs you already have: what sold last month, what's arriving, and the season. Drafts for each post are ready on the first; you edit and post. Consistency beats cleverness on a small account.

The inputs

Top sellers and new arrivals from the POS. Seasonal and local dates. Stock you need to move. Reviews worth sharing. Nothing invented.

The output

Eight to twelve posts a month with a draft caption and the product to photograph, a review-request line for the counter, and the source count of enquiries so you know if any of it is producing sales.
