Stewart Systems is a business systems consultancy in Wollongong, NSW, run by Christian Stewart. It builds compliance registers, operating boards and automations inside a client's own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account, for small businesses in the Illawarra in person and across Australia online.
I'm based in Wollongong. I work in person across the Illawarra, and online with small businesses anywhere in Australia. Every part of a build works on a call and a shared screen; the walkthroughs and the Snapshot are just as good on Meet as at your counter.
I help run operations for a design and landscaping studio in the region, building the systems that keep jobs, crews, quotes and paperwork straight. The same approach works anywhere a business has people, dates, money and knowledge that lives in someone's head.
I hold a Bachelor of Business (Entrepreneurship) from ICMS, and grew up across Guam, Japan, New Zealand and Australia, so I'm used to learning how a place works quickly.
I take on a small number of businesses at a time. You deal with me, start to finish: the Snapshot, the build, the handover and any questions after.
How I work
- In person or online. Illawarra-based. On site, on a call, or fully remote, anywhere in Australia.
- Fixed prices. Agreed in writing before anything starts. No hourly billing.
- Honest scope. If a Snapshot shows you don't need a system, I'll say so.
- Systems, not advice. Your accountant, lawyer and advisers keep their roles.
- Yours to keep. Your data exports any time.
